What happens after you claim a Jira account and start managing it?

Hello 
I have questions about Claiming the Jira accounts from users that are using my company's domain? 
I know that once I claim them, I have control over their accounts. 
But what I don't know yet is. Since they are using other people Jiras for projects with vendors that my company is working with. I am concerned that once I claim these accounts two things might happen. 

1 The users will lose access to the vendors Jira accounts.

2 We will need to pay for their accounts to access the vendor's Jira?

I need to claim these accounts so that I can start setting up SSO. 

So, if someone can please let me know what happens once I claim these accounts that would be great.

Hi @Thor Foutner 

When you claim the accounts, only your domains be affected. The externals accounts continues working for the same account administration.

1 The users will lose access to the vendors Jira accounts.

A: no

2 We will need to pay for their accounts to access the vendor's Jira?

A: no, only need the accounts that you paid to Atlassian.
