What discovery tools are you using to keep updated your Insight cloud

Hello everyone

 

I am receiving many queries about Jira service management and insight from my clients, but always they ask about device discovery.

What tools or how are you fulfilling  this requirement in your side?

Hello,

As of yesterday, we launched the new Insight version for JSM Cloud Premium and Enterprise which supports the Discovery Import feature. Now, it is possible to upload the Insight Discovery output zip file. Please have a look at the related Import documentation.

Wher do u get the discovery file? From Insight discovery?

I'm looking for same solution... how to do Asset discovery on a Cloud platform?

Insight Discovery is not available for Cloud.

 

Anyone have any other tools or suggestions?

They will release insight discovery by end of Q1. In the meantime you will need to use a network discovery tool
