For me, the biggest win is using Rovo as a company-wide knowledge assistant. Instead of digging through Jira and Confluence, I can ask a question like "Why was this decision made?" and get a grounded answer with links to the relevant docs, tickets, and discussions. It saves a ton of time and keeps everyone self-sufficient.
My team handles quite a few access requests that come into our Service Desk via Slack channel that can be self-serviced. A nice simple use case I've recently been using is having a rovo agent review requests for these applications that are available in our app store and determine if it's a straight forward license/access request and if so to provide the user with a link to our app store and resolve the work item, if it's more than a simple access request then it will transition the work item to an escalated status which has deflected a large volume of tickets for us.
My other agent I use frequently is for a specific rovo agent to review all change requests for potential risks and impacts from infosec, compliance, end user/service desk perpsectives which provides a nice executive summary in addition to the change requests that we can review in CAB
