Please let me know what are the out of box available columns to add/remove in the current Requests List portal. I could see only below ones for me. Also if EDIT LIST VIEW is the new MANAGE COLUMNS stated in the above article.
Let me know how I can add other new columns above.

Follow the instructions in this support article. You need to be an administrator on your site in order to be able to do so.
Manage columns is still the option to customise the list of available fields, which contains these options:
Edit list is the option customers have to customise their view of the portal, where they can pick options made available by the administrator.

Hello, I followed the instructions to remove the field from within the Help Center, Customize but its still displayed in the customers default view and as an available column choice.

Please reload the Customer Requests Page and then click on Customize>Manage Columns and verify that the column you've unchecked is still in same state .
