I am trying to learn about the top marketplace apps for support agent skill management - defining a skill taxonomy/hierarchy, assigning skills, tracking team progress etc.

Would love any pointers!

You could set such a matrix using assets as you are using JSM premium.

You can run the search for yourself! As you see there are several apps that address this use case, so you will need to further narrow your search.

Practical tips:

1. If you are looking for a free solution, then use that filter.
2. Among the resulted apps, the number of installations metric is a good indicator of "commonly used".
