Hi, we have an integration between JSM and OpsGenie.
We have created a Webhook that creates the alert in OpsGenie when an issue is created in JSM. Since couple of days, the Webhook doesn't work anymore.
Do we have access to some logs to see what could be the problem?

Sorry to hear about this problem. I would like to create a support case in order to investigate this further. However since you are not a site-admin of this Cloud site, this is not something that your account can do yourself.
Instead we need to involve someone with the site-admin role on that site. Either that user can create a technical support case over on https://support.atlassian.com/contact OR I can create a support case to include both yourself and that admin. I can see that your site admins include Camilo L. and Pierre G.
Please let me know if you would like me to create this on your behalf, and if so, which site-admin to include.
