We’re unable to access our Jira board. Several of my teammates are also unable to log in Jira properly and continuously receive the error shown in the screenshot.

The strange part is that I’m already the admin of the space/project, so I’m not sure what’s causing the issue. At first, we assumed it was related to a temporary service outage, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

We’ve been experiencing this issue since yesterday around noon.

Is the issue still there as there was a major incident with almost all Atlassian Cloud services yesterday?

Yes, this is related to Jira Service Management.

We’re unable to access the board at all. I can reach “My Open Work Items” and see the issues. The board itself does not load for any of us.

I’m also the Organization Admin, so I already confirmed that the affected users (including myself) still have the correct licenses and permissions assigned.

The issue started yesterday around noon and is affecting multiple team members.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Your post tags indicate you are using Jira Service Management. Does this concern a board for a JSM project? If so, is that the board created with the Views feature of JSM or is it a board that was created from a saved filter?

Are you able to view the data in the board through a List view, a Queue, or a Search?

Have you contacted your Organization Administrator to confirm that you and the other affected team members are still properly granted licenses to your Jira/JSM applications?

Are you able to access data for other projects in this Jira environment?

Can you provide a screen image of what you see when you access "My Open Work Items" for this project? Obscure confidential details.

Can you access the Space Settings for this project and provide a screen image of the People page that shows the Roles to which people are assigned? Obscure confidential information like email addresses.

The tags on your post indicate you are using a Free subscription. Have you always been using a Free subscription? Have you recently been using a Standard or Premium subscription trial?
