In order to understand the root cause, let's check a couple of items first.
First go to Dashboards > View all dashboards. The dashboard might still exist but it may no longer be marked as your favourite or shared.
If it was deleted, unfortunately, jira doesn’t support a way to restore deleted dashboards. (afaik).
If someone else created it, check if they still have it under their dashboards, in this case they may need to re-share it with you.
If you are a Jira admin, go to System > Shared Items or Manage Dashboards to see if it’s still there or who owns it.

Now, what do you mean you "lost" it? Was it deleted? Were permissions changed and now you can't see it?
Check the System Audit Log to see if there is information there.
