Administrator of Service Desk Team is trying to assign a new team member (with role - Service Desk Team) to a task, but can't do it.
There is an error window "We couldn't update the Assignee value".
There are no such errors with others users, that's why we don't understand, what we need to do.

In order to rule out an actual bug, you could try the Permission Helper (either via command palette CTRL+K or accessing %yourSITE%/atlassian.net/secure/admin/PermissionHelperAdmin.jspa) and make sure the user in question has the "Assignable User" permission in your space of question.
Obviously, your user also needs product access (a JSM license).
