there's no option to create a support ticket for issues

Your tags state that you are on a premium plan, only users in an admin role can create support tickets.
Or are you on a free plan, that you don't have access to support as stated in the agreement on using a free tier.

Adding to answer from @Marc -Devoteam- Based on this topic, I see that you are likely not an organization administrator and don't have the necessary permissions to send requests. Please address this with your administrator, and they can open requests on your behalf.
