The issue reporter and myself have tried to find a ticket numbers but we can't. It's the ticket numbers 2562 & 2568. It seems that some of the tickets reported to us don't appear in the support portal https://introspect.atlassian.net/. To the person who created it and to everyone else it seems.
Hi @Montassar Chatti and welcome to the community!
Can you confirm the issues are available from the backend with the following advanced search:
Key IN (KEY-2562,KEY-2568)
KEY = Your project key
If they appear there, the likely culprit is that they were created from the backend using the "Create" function without setting a Request Type. With no Request Type, the issue will not appear on the portal.

Hmm - Would you happen to have any issue level security in place on this project?

No and this user is able to see other issues that belong to the same project.

I'm stumped. Unless someone else in the community has something to offer, I'd recommend opening a ticket with Atlassian Support.

I've noticed that this is happening to a big number of issues.

As you can see, in the portal the issues are ordered by number (high to low) and the last ticket we see is INTROSPECT-2578 even though we had 9 or 10 with higher number !!
