"Remote control apps" is too vague a description for us to be able to tell you much.

Could you describe what you expect a "remote control app" to do with JSD?

Sure.  So, when you are trying to connect to a user's computer so that you can troubleshoot the issue.

Ok, so remote desktop and terminal type things.  Could you explain what you would like from an "integration" with Jira for one of these?

I would Imagine the ability to have a link on your Issue to call an executable and pass the value from one of the fields to it.

eg a link to SCCM Remote Control executable and pass the related affected device name to that exe.

I do something similar in one of my Powershell scripts for our service desk

Start-Process <$variable that points to CmRcViewer.exe path> -ArgumentList $Computername

That then triggers the SCCM Remote control viewer to launch and connect to the computer as specified earlier in the script.
