In the customer portal view, the Requests button is hidden under my avatar instead of being displayed separately. Is it possible to change this behavior so that the button is visible directly in the interface?

The question is whether it is possible to configure this view, or does Atlassian plan to extend the configuration options to allow this?

@Lenka Benedíková customizing the portal is limited in terms of being a project admin. Other than that, you can't customize more, unless you have an app that does this.

Can you check in an incognito window or other browser?
Otherwise clear your cache and cookies, check for browser updates and/or browser add-in that might cause issues.
