Hi,
Is there a way to connect the virtual service agent to an external file or provide a website link so that it can read content from either source to respond to customer questions?
I believe it currently only supports Confluence and intent, but I wanted to check.

Out of the box, this is not possible. One option, which I haven't tried, would be to have the users complete a request type with a simple description customfield and then from the text, you can use a automation to make a rest api call and get a response via the comments. Not an ideal solution.
You would be better off copying the content to confluence directly.
