We have a VSA setup on our Service Desk portal. We can go into Studio > Insights and view Conversations but it only gives us the First Message.
According to this:

"To see the details of a conversation, select the arrow in the Link column. Not all channels allow you to view the full conversation."
We do not have an arrow in the Link column, is there a setting that we need to change to allow our channel to link to full conversation details?
Based on the documentation you shared, I can't figure this one out as well.
