We were running the VSA on our portal for a few weeks, then for various reasons we had to disconnect it.
When looking in the Jira Admin Settings > Feature Usage > Virtual service agent
we see our project "Helpdesk" listed within the projects list but have 0 Assisted and 0 Total. But in "Deleted project and help centers" we see numbers similar to the numbers we were seeing when we were running the VSA.
My question is, if you turn of a VSA on your project, do all those conversations now move to the "Deleted projects and Help centers" numbers even though our project is still listed?
