View full object schema without a licence

We have recently started using an object schema with multiple schema trees and object to create a business service catalogue. I was wondering if it is possible for users without a service desk licence to be able to view this without a service desk licence? I know you can link certain items into the portal, but was looking for more of a read only solution for the catalogue as a whole rather than linking objects into a ticket.
Any help appreciated!
