View all customers

Is there a way to view all customers in an instance.

as far as I can tell you can only see a list of customers either by organisation (in a project) or by project customer itself.

Am I missing something !?

I know it is well overdue! :) but I just came across this question.
You can actually see ALL customers in your instance in one list. You need to be an Org admin in order to have this ability.

If you the Org admin, click either on User Management or Billing from the cog menu, then click on Products on the top. You will then see the link to see Portal-only Customers on the menu on the left, under Jira Service Management:
