Just doing some research into what is included with the premium license regarding VA. I notice it says 1000 assisted conversations is included per month and additional conversations can be bought.
But what happens if you hit 1000 conversations in a month? Does it just start adding up additional and invoice you at the end of the month or does it just stop working until you purchase more conversations?
