I need to understand more about using SSO in Jira SM. Currently, in the company we only use it for agent login. Is it possible to implement SSO for customers?
And if so, is it possible that SSO only applies to a specific domain (@company)?

Hi @Bruna Aparecida Santos and welcome to the community!

Yes - You can configure SSO for your portal users.  You would need to bring them in as managed Jira accounts similarly to how you configure your backend users except you do not assign them product access.
