Using Rest Api to download a list of issues

Hello Community,

I have a customer filter in JIRA Service Management. I would like to use REST API to load all an overview of all the tickets which are falling into the scope of this filter:

    /issues/?filter=12345

Can you please assist and provide an exemple which api can help me achiving this ? 

I have checked out this and this but did not find any exemples which can help me.

Without an answer, i download all issues and loop to identify those of interest. Thanks
