Using Insight field as queue filter

Hi,

I have an Insight field that I want to use as filter on a queue. Adding the field simply gives me a "Run IQL Function" box - not sure what goes here.

Try the filter in the issue navigator search in the advanced/basic method. If you put an insight custom field, it should give you matches for the available objects. You can then get the jql and use it for the queues filters.

No, when adding the Insight field it simply displays "Run IQL Function".
