Using 2 email addresses for JSM project

Hi everyone,

We will soon start using a custom email address for our team-managed JSM project. I would like to know if the default email address (@domain.atlassian.net) will still be active while the new custom email account is connected to create tickets in our project ?

Hello Lucie,

Yes! Both email addresses can be active at the same time. I have this exact setup.
Each of them can be linked to another request type.

You do need to set one of them as the "reply-to" address for notifications.

Hi @Charlie Misonne , thanks for this info. Would you please post a screenshot of how you set up a second email address for a specific Request Type? Would appreciate it!

Hi Susan,

In our case we do not use different request types per email address. But I can share how our config looks like yes:
