Users can't create issues after moving from halp

Hi,
we migrated from Halp to Jira. We have a dedicated slack channel where every message was creating an issue/ticket automatically. Since the migration, when users post a message to the helpdesk channel in Slack, an error occurs:
When I as an agent post a message there, the issue gets created without any problems.
Where can I gain additional information about why this isn't working?
