Users are gaining access to Jira ServiceManagement as agents without Admin Approval

Hi Team,

We have observed that users (5 Users) are gaining access as Agents in Jira ServiceManagement without Admin approval, resulting in increase in License costs. We have checked the settings and it seems to be perfect, unless and until we missed out something. 

Default invite permissions
Set a permission for all apps. This applies to new and existing apps. (Required Amin Approval)

Requires Admin Approval

In that case how users are gaining access to Jira Service Management. Kindly check and ensure no extra license costs to be paid by us due to this.

We are a community of users of our own Atlassian product subscriptions. We don't have access to your subscription information.

If you want to share screen images with us, we may be able to advise you.

Go to the https://admin.atlassian.com and select Apps and then User Access. Click the Approved Domains tab. Click Edit for each domain listed there and check the Role for the JSM product.

Also check the User Invites tab for settings there.

The other way users can get Agent access is if the are assigned to a group that is added to the Product Access tab for the JSM product for your site. In the Admin hub select Products, then your site, then Product Access. In the main panel then look at the groups the are listed in the Product Access area for JSM. Consider if there are any admins who may have added users to the groups there, or any processes that otherwise add users to those groups.
