Hi,
So we have a user who should only be a portal user and thus a non billable account. When the user tries to access and sign up to the service portal, they promoted to "continue with Microsoft". We've never had this with any other users as this is prompting the user to login using his AD credentials. We have not set it up that way and we have portal only customers signing up without linking to AD and Azure.
We're not too sure why this specific account is having this error.
