We're new to Jira Service Management. Much of our demand for IT services is through the phone and self service portal.
We trying to see what functionality Jira has to offer to help verify our users when the call if they require password resets or unlocks.
At the moment we use security questions and answers which were set when users first join. Is there anywhere in JSM to build user profiles and store security answers in them but restrict access to those answers to only the service desk team?
Unfortunately there is nothing OOTB to support customer profiles or password management with security questions.
