User only can see and create issue with single service desk project

Arnau Carbonell
October 26, 2022

Good afternoon,

I created a service desk project to collect some proposals, we have a lot of employees without user account becasue they don't need it to work then i would like to create as a "default user" only to sumbit a request in that project. We don't want that this user access to other service desk/project.

I can't find the method or steps to do that correctly.

Can you please guide me?

BR

Thanks

Hi Arnau,

If you add the user has a customer on the JSM project that should only see that single Service Desk.
