User Smart Values - Need Access to Metadata Not Currently Supported

Hello,

I'm hoping to find a way to reference user-based metadata in automations via smartvalues that isn't listed as currently being supported.  

Our team is looking at moving some forms from Sharepoint into our JSM portal and as part of that process, we'd love to be able to pull data from our connected Active Directory records about the issue reporter (their location, job title, etc.) and populate that info in custom fields on these issues after they've been created, just to help the folks servicing them from having to actively swivelchair between Jira and our HR system.  These items don't seem to be in the small list of currently supported info (https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-users/).

Has anyone out there done this sort of thing before and have any suggestions on accomplishing it?  Maybe a marketplace app that can do this or even if there's something in the Jira/JSM backlog?
