User Picker field

Hello Everyone, we have created this custom field (User picker) and added it to one of our JSM forms. However it is not suggesting/finding all of our user from the org - it is only showing some admins. Is there missing with our config?

Have you check in "contexts and default value menu" if this option "Enable group or project role filtering" is enabled ?
