User A is unable to view request.

I have given the 'user A' service desk customer permission in jira. and I have created a request through customer portal in JSM. now that 'user A' is unable to view the request that I have created.

What access I have to give to the 'user A' so that he can view the request that i have created in Portal?

Requests are only visible by the author/reporter of the request and everyone with Customer Access to JSM that has been added as "Request Participant".

This can happen as @Nikola Perisic showed in their post or via "Agent View" directly in the field.

Hello @shivani shirguppi

Have you shared this request with the customer?

You should click on "Share" then add this user in here.

Let me know if they still don't have the access.
