We are experiencing an access issue related to the Okta domain configuration.
Our current access is associated with the Echostar domain. However, the Jira ticket is linked to a Dish domain (dish.okta.com), to which the Hughes infrastructure team does not have access.
We have already confirmed internally that this Dish domain does not belong to Hughes, and we are unable to identify which organization it is associated with.
Therefore, we would like clarification on the following:
Who owns this Dish domain?
How can we contact the responsible team?
What is the correct process to request access?
Since this product is provided by you, we kindly request your assistance in identifying the domain owner and guiding us on how to proceed with the access request.

Can you clarify how this relates to the Atlassian products? The screen images you have provided are for Okta, which is not owned by Atlassian.
