Uploading a plugin from your desktop

Hello,

I'm trying to get PingFederate authentication working with Jira.   I found the following documentation:

https://docs.pingidentity.com/bundle/integrations/page/gdb1563994994284.html

I downloaded and unzipped pf-atlassian-integration-kit-2.2.zip

As the jira cloud admin I'm trying to upload the pf-authenticator-plugin-2.2.jar plugin but the recently enabled "Upload" option appears to only accept website urls.   We have a local copy of Jira and usually selecting the "upload" option brings up a browsing option to select a local plugin file.

Is there something I need to enable to allow me to upload a local file to the cloud instance?

Thanks,

Unfortunately, this is not possible on cloud.
Any and all cloud-compatible applications is
available via the in-app loading from Marketplace.

Thanks Chris.

I was looking a bit more and found a comment  in the documentation stating it was for   SSO on-premises deployments of Jira and Confluence.  Back to the drawing board.
