We are currently running a trial of JSM premium. In doing so, we have enabled the export of unknown items to the cloud. When an unknown item arrives, we modify it with some details to give it a more friendly identity. The problem is any following Insight Discovery export seems to overwrite our manual modifications identifying the unknown device. Is there a way to prevent this overwrite and maintain our manual modifications?
It's worth noting that some of our discovered devices do not support SSH, WMI, SNMP, etc.
