Hi All,
Using Jira Service Management, and the Jira Service Management ITSM Template, I'm wanting to edit/update the Change Calendar to visually show when there is a conflict between changes to the same Service.
For instance, if I have a service called PROD Server, and I have 2 change requests with overlapping Start/End times for the same PROD Server service I want the calendar to visually indicate the conflict. Either change the color of the card or add a warning label or something to denote a conflict.
As a side note, I'd also like to change the information displayed on the Change Calendar card to include more than just the Summary and Start/End time. I'd also like to include the Affected Service.
Does anyone know how to edit the calendar to make either of those options possible?

This works out of the box for me.
How are you identifying the service? Are you using the affected service field/opsgenie service?
Hi @Chrissy Clements Yep using the Affected Services field, if I create a change for the same service during the same window there's no indication of a conflict for that service from the Change Calendar view.
The 2 changes overlap but nothing to indicate a problem.
What does it do for you? Does it change color or provide a warning indicator? Do your tickets need to get to a certain status in the workflow or does it provide a warning as soon as it's created?

We get a warning indicator on the calendar view, a warning indicator on the expanded calendar item, and a warning on the card(s).
The RFC is in the 'planning' status.
