We have a JSM instance which accepts forms from user and creates a JSM ticket.
After an approval in JSM ticket, JSM Automation creates tasks in JIRA Software (a different project)for backend operations. JSM links the issue to the JIRA software
Once the backend operations completes in JIRA software Project, Task gets closed. Is there a way for us to automatically close the JSM ticket based on the progress in the JIRA software project ?
