Hi all,
I’m trying to unlink a space from the default Help Center in Jira Service Management, but I can’t seem to find any way to do this.
I’ve noticed that:
I’ve checked both project settings and global settings, but I can’t find any configuration that allows me to disable this or manually remove a space.
Is it actually possible to unlink a space from the default Help Center, or is this behaviour by design?
I haven’t been able to find anything in the Atlassian documentation that clarifies this.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi @Ian Graham , welcome to the Community!
It's not clear if you want to "unlink" a portal from the Help Center because you want to stop some behavior, but you can certainly hide that portal on the Help Center. With Jira Admin permissions, open the Help Center and click Customize (button in upper right) > Manage topics and portals. Click the star on the portal you want to hide; it will now be visible only to Jira Admins in the lower section called "Hidden (#)".
Hi @Ian Graham
A service project cannot be removed directly from the default Help Center. Once the project is linked to that Help Center, it will appear there automatically. If you do not want it to appear in the default Help Center, the best option is to create a separate Help Center and use that dedicated Help Center for the project.
