Unable to view capacity in workforce

I can't figure out how to get this turned on.

Hello @Jeremy_Rampe 

First, you need to add team/s to the workforce management. Then when requests are being created, in the Team field, you need to assign the team (make sure you have Team field added) to the screen. Only then, you will see the capacity of each agent.
