×When customers try to signup using their email on the customer portal for Jira Service management, they get the below error message. I have changed the channel setting to be Open, however, I still get the below error.
We couldn't give you access. Use another email and try again.

Hi @Arjun Upadhyaya , could you check the following configuration settings to ensure that it is properly checked?
admin settings (gear icon) > products > Jira service management > Customer access
