Unable to send email to approvers

Hi, 

I want to understand if there's a way to send an email automatically to approver/s immediately after assigning approver/s. 

Basically we want to send out some information to the approver which will enable approve / reject decision.

How can we do it using automation? I am trying to use the trigger "issue assigned to a user" and the action "send email" with "pending approvers" in "TO" field. But it is not working. 

Any thoughts on how to solve this?

I saw that one of your teammates created a ticket with our support regarding the same issue and this is related to a bug.

This bug only affected team-managed (former next-gen projects).

As suggested on the ticket, in case your colleague didn’t mention, if you decide to use a company-managed project, you can use the smart values below:
