I'm trying to create an automation using the incoming webhook trigger and then the action to create a work item. However it will not let me save it. I only get the error 'invalid incoming webhook trigger'. My account is an administrator in this space. Any ideas? (screenshot attached)
Hi @Mark Sheraton,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Have you tried to regenerate the URL that the incoming webhook trigger is using? After you done that try and save the automation.
Hi @Mikael Sandberg thanks for the welcome.
I very well may be misunderstanding the question however, I was expecting JIRA to provide me with a URL I could then use in my powershell script to create a new case. It's not done that, so there is no URL to regenerate.
I did a similar thing with Slack today and that's how it worked.

What happens if you save the automation without enable it?
