I have linked a Confluence space up to a Service Project and I am not able to restrict or provide access as described in documentation.

Confluence space is set up with Read access to Anonymous, but on the Service project I am only able to select Public or Private, under Viewing Permissions in the Service Desk project settings/ Knowledge Base.

The option Restricted which seems to be the one I am after, is not available.

I am looking to provide access to all logged-in users of my service project where they can view the articles in this space, without a Confluence license. Users without an account should not have access.

That would of course be the reason. Thanks so much Ajay!

Hi @Rita Presttun

I checked the same and found that the Restricted option is available only for team managed JSM Project. (

For company managed project you see the Public & Private option

Hope it helps !
