I'm having issue mentioning a coworker for a task in confluence. The page we use for weekly meetings was created by a coworker that has left the company. We all have access to all the pages he has created, even the template used for our weekly meetings.
For some reason out of all the participants that attends all our meetings, I am unable mention 1 of my coworkers, that mentioned in past meeting .

Welcome to the community. You should check with your site admins team to see if the one co-worker account has access setup against the specific Confluence space/page or not. That will be the first place I would check first. Afterward, make sure you have the account name right when using mentioned operation.
