I have created a few projects on Jira service desk, and have provided access to my teams. Some of them are not able to login, as Jira is giving them the following error: 'the signed in user is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access nor had access directly assigned by an administrator'. Please advise what needs to be done here.
