Unable to log into Jira

I'm unable to log into my Jira; it spins the loading window, yet nothing happens...

did you try a different browser or incognito? or clear cache, cookies, restarting browser and try again?

Is the account self managed (your personal?) or part of organisation? if latter do others see the same issue? and if so, did you check the status page?

Have you tried a different browser or using an Incognito window? Also, if your account is managed, are you certain it is still active?
