Unable to know the logged in person detail in Jira.

I have Integrated service now and Jira  when I Insert or update any incident in Jira I am Unable to get the logged in user who modify the incident details.

Is there any way to get the logged in user detail in Jira and pass it through webhook??

@Mohammed Haneefa Farook Can you explain how you are capturing the logged in user?  You should be able to submit it as customer.  I would also suggest looking into using the API.
