Unable to invite users to project as customers.

Hello,

I'm getting this error while trying to invite users as a customer to the project.

What could be a reason for that?
I would like to add that the workspace owner/admin witch more permissions is able to invite users. I used to be able to but not anymore.

According to the documentation, project administrators and project agents should be able to add new customers. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-customer-to-a-service-project/
