Unable to invite new user

As an administrator I want to give access to 2 new users to Jira & Confluence ( CLOUD ). I am facing this issue. How to resolve this? 

In our jira cloud PROD instance -> jira-user group is default access group.

Hi @Gnanabaskar , 

It looks like you can't add more users. What I do is filter out users that haven't been using the Software for more than 60days (depends on the size of your company and how frequent the software is been used) and I remove their product access, but I don't take away their site access. So, when next you have so many users, just take out inactive users and add new ones, this should solve your issues without needing to pay more for an upgrade.
