I'm trying to configure Jira integration between our JSM Operations (Opsgenie?) and our Jira project, such that when an issue is raised in our project, a subsequent alert will also be raised to page on-call. However, when trying to add the integration for Jira from the JSM side, Jira is not available

This is the guide we are trying to follow https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-jira/

Hi @Nolan Huang , welcome to the community!

I would take a look at the Sync tab in your Team / Operations page.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-sync/

You could still use the integration tab to setup JSM > Operations Alert using API or Email functions. You would just setup an automation / trigger on the JSM side and point it to the API or Email connected to your operations team.

Hi Nolan,

You’re not seeing a Jira integration in JSM Operations because Opsgenie is now built into Jira Service Management Premium/Enterprise, and the old integration method has been replaced with a native link between JSM services and Jira Software projects.

How to connect JSM Operations with Jira Software:

  1. In your Jira Software project, go to Project settings → Features and make sure Incidents is enabled.
  2. In the sidebar, click Incidents → Connect services.
  3. Select the JSM services you want to link. These services represent the operational components managed in JSM Operations.
