Unable to delete issues in one of jira projects as admin, in permissions admins has permission

As Jira admin I am unable delete ( I want to bulk delete, but also one by one option) tickets in one of the Jira projects. When I am going to permission schemes it says that Administrators are given permission to delete issues in any project.

Hi @Vera Valshonok , are you sure that you are in the exact same administrator role as that which has delete permissions? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the permission scheme for delete option in the project and question. As well, a screenshot of the administrative role that you are associated with. Finally, do you receive an error when attempting to delete an issue or is the delete option just not present?
